Can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 3 - 4 days to update.
You can also get the latest updates about your order by creating an account with us.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed in our system.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:
1. Check your spam folder
2. Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct
3. If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent accordingly
4. If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn't find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please send an email to email@example.com and we'll have it resent to you.
Shipping & Duties
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to the US, Canada and Worldwide
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery.
Please be aware that Forest Finery does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.
Unfortunately, we can’t tell you what the cost will be as these charges vary and packages going through customs are randomly selected.
My order was labelled as "Returned to Sender.". Why is that?
There are a few potential reasons why this happened:
1. The address provided was incorrect or information was missing.
2. The item is waiting to be collected but wasn't picked up within the allotted time.
3. The addressee was not available at the time of delivery.
To have your order re-shipped, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the provided address is incorrect or if the package is not picked up within the allotted time, the order will be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.
The status of my order is "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If your order is marked as 'delivered' but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:
1. Verify that the address you provided is correct
2. Check with your neighbors
3. Contact your local post office
4. Email us at email@example.com for support

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. Please note that all sales are FINAL.
Do you accept cancellations?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept cancellations.
